This is a deposit for one pasture raised chicken from our September 2026 harvest. If you would like more than one chicken, add the appropriate number to your cart. Please note: fresh meat is exempt from sales tax in the state of Maine, however sales tax is added automatically at checkout. Because of this, all tax paid at checkout will go towards your final balance at pickup. We apologize for this added step.

Chickens are sold whole and do not include organ meats unless requested. Price is $5.50 per pound with an average weight of 4lbs. Your $10 deposit + sales tax will go toward your final balance at pick-up. Chickens CANNOT be shipped. Select the “local pick-up” option at checkout; we will contact you to coordinate pickup.
